Effective 15 October 2026
This policy explains what information the Torque Blast! game ("the app") handles and why. Torque Blast! is published by Halfsky Publishing ("we", "us"). The app is available on Android and iOS.
The app stores your best score, your sound and haptics settings, tutorial progress and game options on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Torque Blast! offers optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game bonus (a score boost, a Blast that clears part of the board, or a chance to continue a run). Ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google. When the app requests or shows an ad, Google may collect and process:
Google uses this to deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud, and, where you have consented, to personalise ads. Google acts under its own privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent message the first time ads may be requested. You can consent, refuse, or manage your choices per purpose. If you refuse, any ads shown are non-personalised. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy choices in the app.
On iOS, the advertising identifier is only used if you allow tracking when the system asks. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
Torque Blast! is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google, and you can withdraw ad consent in the app as described above. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Data on your device is kept until you uninstall the app or reset your data. Google retains advertising data according to its own policies.
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above.
